Welcome to the website of The Lili Claire Foundation® (the Foundation). Please take a minute to read the rules that follow and understand that when you visit our website (the Site), it means that you agree to follow these terms and conditions. You should be aware that we may amend these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy from time to time. Privacy: The privacy of our users is important to us. Please note that any personal information collected in connection with the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

What This Site Contains: The Foundation’s website presents comprehensive information about the mission and activities of The Lili Claire Foundation®.

Use of the Foundation’s Logo: The Foundation’s trademarks – its name and design –(which are registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (Reg. Nos. 3,043,413; 3,043,417; and 3,296,648) and the phrase “Hope, Answers and Help for Special Needs Children” - are used to identify our organization and its activities. You cannot use the Foundation’s logo without written permission, and only the Foundation can grant authorization for use of the logo. Improper use of Foundation’s logo: 
  • You cannot use the Foundation’s logo to refer to another organization or another organization’s product or services.
  • You cannot use the Foundation’s logo in any manner that would confuse the viewer or could imply sponsorship or endorsement.
  • You cannot change or alter the appearance of the Foundation’s logo.
  • You cannot use the Foundation’s logo without crediting the Foundation’s ownership of the logo.
  • You cannot use the Foundation’s logo as a link separate from an attaching URL.
Use of Materials on the Site: The materials published on the site, including text, images and illustrations (which we call the "Content"), are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and/or other proprietary rights and laws of the United States or other countries. You acquire no rights or licenses to the Content other than the limited rights to use it in accordance with these terms, and you agree to abide by all posted copyright notices or restrictions relating to the Content. The Content may not be downloaded, copied or modified except for such personal, noncommercial use as may be authorized by license or by fair use or other provisions of copyright law.

Please note that, while the Foundation endeavors to provide up-to-date and accurate information, including the information provided on the Site about specific neurogenetic conditions, it makes no representations, guarantees, or warranties as to the information provided via the Site, and users of this web site are strictly responsible for checking the accuracy, completeness, currency and/or suitability of all information posted on it. The Foundation specifically disclaims any and all liability for any claims or damages that may result from use of any information provided on the Site.

Links: The Site may reference or link to Third-Party Sites. The Foundation has no control over these Third-Party Sites or the content within them. Likewise the Foundation does not warrant that these Third-Party Sites will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to purchase products, search, or link to Third-Party Sites, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against the Foundation for any damages or losses whatsoever resulting from your use of the Site or Third-Party Sites.

The Foundation does not object to adding our link to your site as long as you adhere to the following guidelines:
